Golden Coast Academy lets families choose their pacing for what’s important for families. You can help your child learn as much as they can or slow down and teach to mastery before moving on to a new topic.
Our flexible K-8 programing helps families meet their children where they are at in the moment. You can teach them the words they practice and have them practice the math they are comfortable with- there’s no need to rush fractions just because the book says so! Children naturally have favorite science and social studies topics let them study it when they’re read not when it comes up in two years!
We’re flexible in high school, too! You can choose from multiple pathways that fits your family and teen’s goals during and after their education. For families that want to take it nice and slow, you can take a few classes per year. You can take one class at a time, rotate through them week by week, or integrate them together. If you need an extra year, you can take the time to do things right! There are also the teens that want to move through their high school quickly! It could be to put the focus on sports, traveling, working, or helping the family. Teens can take more classes then what they could at their traditional high schools to make their goals happen on their timelines.
